Hi, I have a Garmin Nuvi 255 and I was hoping to get POI downloads for lakes with boat launches in Alberta/B.C./and Montana if you have them.

Hi Scott,
For BC and Alberta I have some (over 200 places), the only issue- to be able to generate the files I have to add them to the data base on the main site. This is time consuming and I miss the time. check back in one or two month and I hope, until then, I will have the POI added.
Montana is out of the scope of this site - this one is only for Canadian boat ramps. I don't have the link, but I know it exist another site with boat ramps in US, a very nice one. It should be in the top searches with Google.
