I think that it was the encyclopedia of making some tips, then it could be say that it worth for all encyclopedia.

I have to say that this not suited for the title it has. It is not an encyclopedia of boating tips. This is a video telling you what you should have to prevent yourself from getting lost and what you should do if you do get lost or have any other difficulties that you required assistant. In fact, it is very informative and I am sure that everyone that goes on a boating trip will need to learn everything here.

Yes i also agree with your point that its not an encyclopedia but that doesn't reduces the worth.This is a great safety guide
